Shirt City Commercial

These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between Shirt City Commercial (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the customer (“you” or “your”) regarding the purchase of products and use of our website. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment Terms

1.1. All prices displayed on the Shirt City Commercial website are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

1.2. Customers are required to complete full payment before any order is processed or shipped out.

1.3. Shirt City Commercial accepts payments through the available options displayed on our website, which may include bank transfer, GCash, credit/debit card, or other payment gateways.

1.4. For direct bank or manual payments, customers must provide proof of payment (e.g., screenshot or deposit slip) by sending it to our designated email or upload form. Orders will only be processed upon successful verification of payment.

1.5. Failure to settle payment within the specified time frame may result in automatic order cancellation.

1.6. Shirt City Commercial reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

2. Order Fulfillment and Delivery Policy

2.1. Upon confirmation of payment, Shirt City Commercial shall process and prepare the order within one (1) to two (2) business days before it is ready for shipment or customer pick-up.

2.2. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro Manila: 2–3 business days
• Provincial Areas: 5–7 business days

2.3. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.

2.4. Shirt City Commercial shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, or damage resulting from courier handling or circumstances beyond our control.

2.5. The customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided is accurate and complete. Incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays or failure, for which the Company will not be held responsible.

2.6. Ownership and risk of the items pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the products in good condition to the provided address.

2.7. Once items are delivered in good condition, Shirt City Commercial shall bear no further liability for any damage, loss, or defect occurring thereafter.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

3.1. Items purchased from Shirt City Commercial may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery only if the item is proven to be damaged upon receipt.

3.2. The customer must notify Shirt City Commercial Customer Service prior to returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

3.3. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, washing, or emit odor will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3.4. The customer shall be responsible for shipping the damaged item back to the designated warehouse and must allow sufficient time for technical evaluation and verification.

3.5. Shirt City Commercial reserves the right to conduct a quality assessment on all returned items prior to approval of any claim.

3.6. If the item is confirmed to be defective, Shirt City Commercial will coordinate with the customer for replacement or exchange.

3.7. If the item is deemed to be in good condition after evaluation, the return or exchange request will be denied.

4. Use of Products

4.1. The customer agrees not to use any Shirt City Commercial product for illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.

4.2. Misuse of the Company’s products or intellectual property may result in cancellation of transactions and may be subject to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Shirt City Commercial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use our products or services.

5.2. In any case, the maximum liability of Shirt City Commercial shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

6. Amendments

6.1. Shirt City Commercial reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

6.2. Any revisions will take effect immediately upon posting on the Company’s website. Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
